Position:  Senior Client Partner 

Duties & Responsibilities:
•    Client Engagement & Growth
•    Build and deepen relationships with Senior Stakeholders in Life sciences or Healthcare organizations.
•    Own the revenue and growth targets for one or more accounts.
•    Lead account planning, mining, and farming activities.
•    Act as a trusted partner by understanding the intersection of business strategy, industry regulations, and Data Analytics, and AI capabilities.
•    Collaborate with Data Analytics / Engineering and Presales teams to define customized solutions using AI/ML, Data, and Analytics.
•    Partner with the GTMs and Delivery team to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
•    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GxP, HIPAA, etc.), where applicable.
•    Act as the escalation point and ensure SLAs are met.
•    Support new business development efforts via proposals, SOWs, and pitch decks.
•    Work with marketing teams to develop AI-led value propositions for the HCLS vertically.
